Who we are
We are a remote team based in Vietnam. We run the store, check every personalization request that comes in, answer customer email and coordinate production and shipping. You can reach us at support@ifamilygift.com.
Why this shop exists
Most family pictures today stay on a phone. We wanted a simple way to pick one photo, add the names that go with it and get something you can actually hang in the hallway or give to a grandparent. That is the whole idea behind iFamily Gift: fewer forgotten photos, more of them on the wall.
What we are working toward
Our goal is to make personalized canvas easy to order and easy to get right. That means clear instructions for sending us your photo and names, honest delivery times, and a real person on the other end of the email when something needs fixing.
How it works: made to order
Nothing is printed until you order it. After checkout, your photo and text are prepared for print, then your canvas goes into production, which takes 3–5 business days. Once it ships, delivery within the US usually takes 5–8 business days, and US shipping is free. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination.
Who makes your canvas
Printing and finishing are handled by our partner canvas print studios. They print, finish and pack each order to our specifications, and we stay responsible for your order from checkout to delivery. Our main material is canvas, chosen because it holds photo detail well and has a soft, low-glare surface that suits family portraits.
