Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use ifamilygift.com or buy from iFamily Gift. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy.
1. Our products
We sell personalized canvas prints that are made to order from the photos and text you provide. Product photos and mockups on the site show how a design is laid out; the finished canvas is printed from your own file, so colors and details will follow your photo. Sizes are listed in inches on each product page.
2. Placing an order
An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, if payment cannot be confirmed, if we suspect fraud, or if the content submitted for printing breaks section 5 below. If we cancel your order for any of these reasons, we refund the full amount you paid.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page and in your cart before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Shipping within the United States is free; shipping charges for other countries, and any applicable taxes, are shown at checkout.
4. Personalization is your responsibility
You send us the names, dates and wording in the order note at checkout or by email, and the photo by email. Please check spelling and photo choice before you send them. We print text exactly as written. If a photo is too low in resolution to print clearly, we will let you know by email before production. You can change your personalization free of charge within 24 hours of ordering.
5. Content you submit
When you send us a photo or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including photos taken by a professional photographer. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or that copies someone else’s trademarks, logos or copyrighted characters. You keep ownership of your photos. You give us and our partner canvas print studios permission to use them only to produce, ship and support your order.
6. Shipping, cancellations and returns
Production takes 3–5 business days and US transit takes 5–8 business days. Orders can be cancelled free within 24 hours; after that a 15% cancellation fee applies. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with a restocking fee for returns not caused by our error, as set out in the Return and Refund Policy. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in the policies linked above.
7. Warranty
Our canvas prints come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, as described on our Warranty page.
8. Website content
The text, layouts, graphics and product images on this website belong to iFamily Gift or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. See our Copyright page.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
