When we reply
Support hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7). If you write to us on a weekend or after hours, your email will be picked up on the next business day.
What to include
- Your order number, if you have already placed an order.
- The email address you used at checkout.
- For a photo question: the photo itself, attached at its original size.
- For a canvas that arrived damaged: photos of the canvas, the corners and the outer box.
- For a text change: the full names, dates or wording exactly as they should appear.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order for free within 24 hours of placing it. Put “Order change” or “Cancel” and your order number in the subject line so we can find it quickly. After that, a 15% cancellation fee applies, because your canvas may already be in production.
