Our website content
The text, page layouts, graphics, illustrations, product descriptions and product images on this site belong to iFamily Gift or are used under license. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Copying, republishing or selling our content or designs without written permission is not allowed.
Your photos stay yours
When you send us a family photo or a picture of your pet, you keep full ownership of it. By ordering, you give iFamily Gift and our partner canvas print studios a limited permission to use that photo for one purpose: to produce, ship and support your order. We do not use customer photos in advertising or on the website without asking you first.
Photos taken by someone else
Photos from a professional photographer, a school portrait service or a family session are usually copyrighted by the photographer, even if you paid for the session. Before ordering a canvas from such a photo, check that your print release allows it or ask the photographer for permission. By placing an order you confirm that you have the right to reproduce the photos and text you submit.
Content we will not print
We do not print logos, trademarks, sports team marks, characters from films, TV shows, games or comics, or artwork by other creators unless the customer holds the rights. If an order contains material like this, we will contact you and may cancel the order with a full refund.

If you believe that content on our site uses your work without permission, please follow the steps on our DMCA page or email support@ifamilygift.com.
